On the early morning of May 29th, 2009 at 12:30am. Claysville was dispatched to a fire alarm activation at Mama's House PCH. False alarm due to faulty detector.

At 1:02 a.m. Claysville was again dispatched, now to assist Canton Twp VFC on a commercial structure fire at Penn Pro Manufacturing. Engine 31 and Rescue 31 responded with a crew of 10 for a demand in man power at the scene. Crews struggled to completely extinguish the fire due to manufacturing materials inside the warehouse. All 31 equipment returned in service after clean up at apx. 8:30 a.m.

Between the hours of 10:44a.m. and 1:52 p.m. Claysville responded to two medicals.

Again, Claysville was dispatched at 2:49p.m. for a MVA with injuries. Medic 31 and Rescue 31 arrived on scene to a two vehicleaccident, rear-end collision. Both driver and passenger of the first vehicle were transported to the hospital by Ambulance. 31 units returned at 3:19p.m.
